| To start a return or exchange for your eva-nyc.com order, head over to our Returns & Exchanges page and follow the prompts to submit your request. Returns are manually processed and may take up to 5 business days from the day your order is received to be reviewed by our Consumer Experience team. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you’ve requested a refund, please allow a few additional business days for the funds to appear on your statement. We reserve the right to review all return requests and may deny requests that are deemed an abuse of our policies.
